Wilmington for Rent

To schedule a showing:

      1.  Select desired property (see “Current Listings” below on this page).

      2.  Click “View Details” (button located under property listing).

.     3.  Click “Contact Us” and send us message that you wish to view property. 

      4.  You will be asked to send a Photo ID; then you will be invited to select a convenient time for a self guided tour. 

            (Please be  aware that after you submit your photo ID, we can only send you a showing invitation during regular business hours of M-F from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, but once you receive the invitation, you can select a viewing time of your choice.)

       5.  You will receive a temporary door code 2 hours before your showing  which is active for a 30 minutes.

To apply for rental property:

Applicant must view property “in person” before applying!

      1.  Select desired rental (see “Current Listings” below on this page).

      2.  Click “View Details” (button located under property listing).

.     3.  Click “Contact Us”, send us message you wish to apply and we will send you an application link.

      4.   You may apply online or in person.  Application Fee is $55 for each intended occupant over the age of 18.
