A. Brook Hall

Broker/REALTOR/Property Manager

Brook has a passion for real estate sales and has found a niche in handling investment properties.  She has an intuitive ability to match buyers and sellers; often from within our own rental inventory.  Her client relationships do not typically end with the sale as she commonly provides rental management services long after the property is purchased.

Brook is a licensed real estate broker and a native of Wilmington.  She graduated with honors from North Carolina State University, followed by a four year career as an educator before joining the family business in 2019.

She enjoys singing, playing guitar, yoga and spending her free time on the water with family and friends

Rebecca Ita

REALTOR/Broker-in-Charge

As the founder and broker-in-charge of Wilmington Realty, Rebecca has dedicated her career to perfecting the art of managing investment properties. Rebecca was drawn to Wilmington and the Wrightsville Beach area from an early age and is passionate about helping others achieve their dream of living here, too. With a background in accounting and a true gift with numbers, one of Rebecca’s greatest strengths is making your dollars work for you.

She is an active member of Cape Fear Realtors and has served as past Treasurer and Director of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as well as the Property Management Committee. With nearly forty years of experience in business, finance and real estate, Rebecca is a valuable resource to our clients.

Tanya Sellers

Broker/REALTOR/Property Coordinator

Tanya Sellers, a licensed real estate broker and Wilmington native has a genuine love for people and creative problem-solving skills.  Known for her assertive approach and unwavering commitment to protecting her client’s interests, Tanya’s infectious smile reflects the satisfaction of those she serves. With a solid background of 15 years as a real estate paralegal, a department manager at a multi-state real estate foreclosure law firm, and a top top-producing realtor; Tanya possesses extensive experience in various facets of real estate and business development. Her expertise spans real estate law, default services, business operations, project management, and customer service. Outside of her professional endeavors, Tanya finds joy in pilates, traveling, and shopping. During weekends, she dedicates her time to working with buyers, sellers, and investors, doing what she loves most—real estate.
